We built the JJPH Social Impact Program because we saw too many charities, NDIS providers and aged care organisations taking on the most important work in Australia without the project management support to get it done.
We wanted to change that.
Right now, Australian NFPs are navigating the NDIS registration expansion, the new Aged Care Act, major community housing reforms and a wave of digital transformation projects all at once. These are serious, complex undertakings that would challenge the best resourced organisations in the country.
But most charities and community organisations don't have a dedicated project manager on staff. They rely on already-stretched program managers, volunteers or whoever has a spare hour. When that person leads a project, the odds aren't good. The industry average project failure rate sits at 57%.
For community organisations, a failed project doesn't just mean a missed deadline. It means the people who depend on those services wait longer. We can't solve the funding gap. But we can make sure that when your organisation takes on a project, it has a real chance of succeeding. That's what this program is about.

If your organisation exists to make life better for Australians, this program was designed for you. Here are the sectors where we do most of our Social Impact work.
The Social Impact Program isn't something we run on the side. Our commercial work with private sector clients directly enables us to offer discounted rates to the organisations that need it most.
Here's what that looks like in practice.

We have been blessed by our partnership with JJPH and look forward to it continuing well into the future. Should they have the capacity, as I know they have the heart, I would recommend their services in Project Management in the Not-For-Profit sector without hesitation.

When we decided to engage a project management service, Melvin was the first phone call we made. Melvin's immense knowledge and experience were vital to delivering our project on time, within the right budget and with excellent stakeholder engagement.
The JJPH team assisted our business with some key technology projects. We faced several challenges; however JJPH overcame them with their knowledge and experience. Without JJPH, we would still be trying to overcome our challenges years later. I highly recommend Melvin and his team for all matters of digital and technology project services.
We keep our Social Impact rates out of the public domain and discuss them directly with each eligible organisation. What we can tell you is that they are well below our standard commercial fees and a fraction of what a contractor and consulting firm would charge. Book a free call and we will confirm your rate in writing before you make any commitment.
Yes, and many of our clients do. Capacity building grants, NDIS transition funding, aged care reform implementation grants and digital transformation funding can all be structured to cover a PMaaS retainer. We will help you work out the right pathway and make sure our invoicing lines up with your grant reporting.
You can start with as little as one month and part-time. We know that funding in the NFP sector is unpredictable and we have designed our engagement model to work with that reality rather than fight it. There is no lock-in contract.
No. This is the thing we feel most strongly about. Every engagement, regardless of the rate, is backed by our Quality Assurance Guarantee and overseen by a senior JJPH practitioner. The rate changes. The standard does not.
For organisations with revenue under $1M who genuinely cannot afford even a discounted rate, we keep a small amount of pro bono capacity each year. It's limited, but it exists. Have an honest conversation with us and we will tell you what's available.
